Return Policy

We are changing the look and feel of athletics by catering to the athlete. If there’s ever any problem with you gear; we want to know EVERYTHING about it. WE ARE COMMITTED TO MAKING YOUR ISSUES RIGHT.

FORMAL RETURN

· Include a completed Return Form with your package.
· For your security, please DO NOT include any payment information during the return process.
You may use the shipping method of your choice and mail package to:

· Please remember to keep your tracking number or delivery confirmation for shipping purposes. Millennium Gear will not be responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.

IF A NEW ORDER IS REQUESTED:
· You will receive a REFUND to the original method of payment upon the receipt of your return to our warehouse.
· Your NEW ORDER will then be processed as a separate transaction and CHARGED to that same form of payment.
-Please note that while these transactions are not processed on the same day, depending on your financial institution your account may show the CHARGE for your NEW ORDER before the REFUND is posted.
YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL SHIPPING WHEN WE SEND THE REQUESTED NEW ORDER TO YOU!

· Your NEW ORDER will be processed and CHARGED to the method of payment provided.
